Limited edition prints
I am committed to offering high quality products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the print, exchanges or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a problem with the printing of your limited edition
Please contact me by email as soon as possible after receiving your artwork. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Please include in your email: your order number, the name of the carrier, a brief description of the reason for the return and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the artwork in its original packaging and to ensure that it arrives at my studio in perfect condition (undamaged or dirty) in order to obtain a refund.

If your limited edition or sculpture arrives damaged
Please notify me upon receipt. Please send me a digital photo of the package as you received it.
Do not open the package until you take the photo.
Attach photos of the package and the damaged product to your email. Send everything to me at: email@example.com
Let me know if you want an exchange or a refund.
If your package is lost
Although the shipments are tracked, some packages may get lost. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier directly.
When your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact me including your order number and a copy of what the carrier wrote to you.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before placing your order.
You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if a package is returned to my studio marked "address incomplete" OR "address error" and need to be reshiped to you.
The production time is about three weeks.
Allow approximately five business days for shipping.
